Can I make an appointment online?
Yes, you can click on make appointment link and follow the instructions. You can also call 864-299-1990 to make an appointment.
Who will provide my medical care?
One of our premier doctors or Nurse Practitioners and professional staff will be there to serve you. You can learn more about our physicians on Providers page.
What should I bring with me on my first visit?
First visits require a photo ID such as driving license or passport and your insurance card.
We recommend you to bring all medications and old records.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Debit /Credit Cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and Cash.
How often should I come for immunizations and flu shots?
Flu shots: Once a year before the flu season starts.
We recommend getting flu shots between Mid October to end of November.
Immunizations: Depends on the age of the patient. Please take advice from your doctor.

Do I have to make an appointment to see a doctor?
We strongly recommend you to make an appointment to be seen on a timely manner. If you are sick and need to be seen immediately, we do accept walk-ins. To make an appointment, please call our staff at 864.299.1990
Do you accept patients without insurance?
We do accept patients without insurance. Call us for the charges information.
If I call with a question for the nurse or doctor, when can I expect a call back?
Our physicians and nurses are with patients throughout the day, so it is usually not possible for them to immediately answer phone calls. We will return your call as soon as possible or within in 24 hour.
Will you bill my insurance?
Yes. As a service to our patients, we bill your insurance. Please be sure to keep us informed of your all insurance coverage.
Do you have after hours care?
Do I need an appointment to get a refill?
Yes we strongly recommend to be seen for a refils. In case of emergency we can send you 10 days medication . But to keep your health in good shape we would like to see you and evalute your health before sending refils.
